Objectives

The objectives of Surat Realtors Association (SRA) are to streamline and promote the profession of real estate brokerage in surat, to act as a common voice of the brokerage community, establish bilateral and multilateral relationships so that we can achieve transparency, accountability, fair dealing and ethical practices for overall good governance in the industry.

SRA has been set up for the public to provide quality service, ensuring consumer satisfaction, creating credibility in the industry and facilitating profits for the practioners.


	To establish cordial, healthy relations and to foster brotherhood and interaction amongst the members.
	To standardize business practices. To improve professional standards and services in the real estate profession while ensuring high ethical standards.
	To provide a place of meetings, where members could solve their difficulties encountered by exchange of views.
	To provide facilities for imparting knowledge to the members relating to building industries.
	To provide an online platform to the members to conduct their businesses and to interact with potential customers worldwide.
	To organize and conduct seminars, lectures, meetings to educate Real estate agents, Developers, Architect, Interior designers, landlords, Real estate clients with a view to disseminating the knowledge and techniques of Real Estate investment and asset management.
	To organize and conduct lecture series and invite professional experts from the various fields for such lectures.
	To educate the members or persons related to the real-estate trade in the methods principles and standards to be maintained of the trade and in general to acquire a more enlightened perspective on Real Estate matters.
	To make efforts for increasing the knowledge of members relating to industry and economy and to collect information and statistics relating industries and to provide the same to members, government and other institution in case of needs.
	To affiliate and to be affiliated to other organizations having similar objects.
	To secure wherever possible, organized and/or concerned action directly or indirectly on all subjects relating to the interests of parties engaged in the Real Estate profession.
	To lobby with governments at national, state and local levels
